Noi \u00eel numim <b>Agrieleo <\/b>\u0219i provine din m\u0103slinii s\u0103lbatici. <b>Agrieleo <\/b>este un superaliment natural a c\u0103rui produc\u021bie \u0219i utilizare \u00een Grecia modern\u0103 este aproape uitat\u0103, cel mai probabil din cauza produc\u021biei sale reduse.  <\/p>\n<p>Am decis s\u0103 ne \u00eentoarcem la sursele istorice \u0219i s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m modalit\u0103\u021bile de producere \u0219i utilizare \u00een Grecia antic\u0103. Am vizitat locul pentru prima dat\u0103 pe 15 octombrie \u0219i, dup\u0103 ce am verificat maturitatea m\u0103slinelor, am decis s\u0103 am\u00e2n\u0103m recoltarea, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t acestea s\u0103 nu fie foarte amare. Dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni a fost timp suficient, a\u0219a c\u0103 ne-am \u00eentors pe 2 noiembrie.  <\/p>\n<p>Pentru transport au fost folosite cat\u00e2ri, deoarece zona este inaccesibil\u0103 cu vehicule. M\u0103slinele au fost recoltate exclusiv manual \u0219i transportate la fabrica de ulei de m\u0103sline \u00een aceea\u0219i zi. Scopul nostru a fost de a ob\u021bine cea mai \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate \u0219i de a p\u0103stra aroma proasp\u0103t\u0103 \u0219i caracteristicile organoleptice ale fructelor de m\u0103sline. Am ales o fabric\u0103 de ulei de m\u0103sline din zon\u0103 care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 prin metode \u0219i mijloace tradi\u021bionale, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ob\u021binem un produs complet pur \u0219i tradi\u021bional. Acesta a fost \u00eembuteliat \u00een sticlele sale unice, f\u0103r\u0103 filtrare prealabil\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streze toate componentele benefice \u0219i polifenolii valoro\u0219i mai ales, de aceea \u00eel numim suc de m\u0103sline pur! <\/p>\n<p>Produsul final primit, <b>Agrielo &#8211; Aegis Gourmet<\/b>, a avut o produc\u021bie foarte mic\u0103 de 400 de sticle \u0219i o aciditate foarte sc\u0103zut\u0103, 0,02. Are o arom\u0103 caracteristic\u0103 bogat\u0103, fructat\u0103, picant\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i timp. Textura este groas\u0103 \u0219i catifelat\u0103, iar gustul final este intens, lung \u0219i mai degrab\u0103 botanic. Culoarea sa verde este completat\u0103 de reflexii aurii, iar claritatea, destul de slab\u0103, din cauza lipsei de filtrare.   <\/p>\n<p>De \u00eendat\u0103 ce am gustat-o, oboseala pe care o sim\u021bisem a fost \u00eenlocuit\u0103 de bucurie pur\u0103 \u0219i satisfac\u021bie pentru acest produs.
