The iconic Elia product line. This is the first olive oil we ever produced. The harvest takes place during November and December when the olives are dark or mixed. For this single varietal extra virgin olive oil, we pick olives from the best olive groves there are in Parga, Greece in combination with olives from our own Paragaea estates, Elia brings all the characteristics of the Mediterranean diet on your plate.
