Paragaea produces three flavored olive oils for the last eight years. During the production, no chemicals or other harmful ingredients are added. Instead, we mix whole organic oranges or lemons from Parga’s rich gardens with olives from the Paragaea estates. The production is made in a modern olive factory in our area equipped with an amazing mechanical stone mill where all the fruits are mixed. Many of you may recognize this one, as it’s the modern version of the traditional stone mill located inside Paragaea.
