Paying by credit card
In order to serve you in the best and most thorough way, Paragaea offers a choice of payment methods for the products you are interested in buying. In this context, we offer you the
possibility to choose, as described below, the payment method for the products you are interested in buying, i.e. a) via credit card, b) through a third party online payment service provider,
like PayPal for example. Payments via PayPal have extra payment fees. Please note that it is not possible to combine different payment methods for one order.
Upon payment with all Credit Cards ( Visa, MasterCard, Maestro ) and if EURO, the customer is not charged with any currency exchange fees. If all other currency is used (including
EURO, USD or GBP), then customers are charged with the applicable currency exchange fees. Provided that you have selected credit card as a payment method, the transaction will be
executed and completed by one of our trusted partner banking institutions which provides all the guarantees of security in electronic transactions.The collection and processing of the payment
information you send us is done exclusively by the partner banking institutions, which are solely responsible for their processing for the completion of the payment.
In case of payment via PayPal, you consent and accept that you are subject to the terms and conditions of operation of said online payment service provider, given that you have
contracted with it upon your registration as its member. Our company is not responsible for PayPal’s policies and operation. In case money is returned to you through a third party payment
service provider (such as PayPal or credit cards), you may be charged with the commission charged by the specific third party provider based on its terms of use and operation, for which our
company bears no responsibility.
Import and Sales Tax
We are unable to estimate the taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be particular to the international destinations to which we are able to ship. Because of this, Paragaea does not
include these charges in our shipping costs, and customers may receive subsequent invoices from shipping companies or your countries customs. Please note that we are not responsible for
any additional taxes, duties, or other customs fees, which may apply.
Shipping & Processing
Paragaea offers alternative ways of receipt and delivery of products for your convenience. When you place your order, you are asked to choose how you wish to receive or how you want us to
send you the products you have ordered. Depending on the way you have selected, the total final cost of your order is calculated. This cost will be used for the payment of your order and will be
included in the order confirmation.
Delivery in Greece
For shipping to Greece, the cost will be calculated automatically in the shopping basket page (depending on each order’s volumetric weight features) and will be included in your order
request before the completion and payment (by ACS Courier, ELTA and ELTA Courier). In addition to the above costs for orders delivered to remote areas, or islands, or orders delivered to hard-to-reach regions there is an “inaccessible destination fee” depending on each order’s volumetric weight features, which will be charged as per the transportation company fees. Please note that all the above-mentioned prices are subject to change at any time.
Delivery in European Union.
The shipping cost for orders within the European Union will be calculated automatically in the shopping basket page (depending on each order’s volumetric weight features) and will be
included in your order request before the completion and payment of your purchase (delivery by DHL Express & TNT Fedex). In case you select a “Zone 2” country (Zone 2 countries are the
following: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland) as
characterised by DHL Express, there is an extra order fee of €6, or $9, or £5 depending on the currency in which the transaction is carried out.
In addition to the above costs, in the case of orders delivered to remote areas or to hard-to-reach regions there is an “inaccessible destination fee” of 32€ (including VAT), which will be charged as per the transportation company fees.

Missing Deliveries
If a package has never been received we must be notified within 20 working days from the date you received the “Order Completed” notification email. Paragaea is taking full responsibility for
missing packages and can issue a refund or send out a replacement package without any cost for the client. We will not longer able to track the package after 20 working days and therefore cannot
confirm that the package is missing.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it, in the same address in which you received it, for a refund or replacement within 10 days of the delivery date. Delivery and handling
charges are non-refundable. We’ll refund the cost of the item within 30 days of receiving the returned, undamaged goods.You can cancel your order at any time before delivery by emailing or calling us within the dispatch times stated above.We would like to know that PARAGAEA is a small family business that respects itself and its customers.
