With hard work, fast moves and attention to detail on every step of the process we aim to produce top quality oil oil. Carefully monitoring and taking good care of the olive trees through the year we aimed to produce a very limited olive oil with Ultra High Phenolic content that also brings Health Claim from the EU.  Adding up to all the above, we decided to bottle it, Unfiltered! Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. This claim may be used only for olive oil which contains at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives (e.g. oleuropein complex and tyrosol) per 20 g of olive oil.
