  Always driven by passion for our land and olive oil we start the harvest in October every year. With hard work, fast moves and attention to detail on every step of the process we aim to produce top quality oil oil. Carefully monitoring and taking good care of the olive trees through the year we aimed to produce a very limited olive oil with Ultra High Phenolic content that also brings Health Claim from the EU.  Adding up to all the above, we decided to bottle it, Unfiltered! Pure and natural so rich in polyphenols, so rich in flavor!

The daily intake of 20g of  this olive oil contributes to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress

Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. This claim may be used only for olive oil which contains at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives (e.g. oleuropein complex and tyrosol) per 20 g of olive oil.

An olive oil for people who love intense flavours and want to treat themselves to a delicious superfood. Suggested for morning consumption on an empty stomach for immediate absorption of its health benefits.
