This is the first olive oil we ever produced. The harvest takes place during November and December when the olives are dark or mixed. We pick olives from the best olive groves in Parga combined with the ones from Paragaea estates to produce this single varietal extra virgin olive oil. Elia brings all the characteristics of the Mediterranean diet to your plate.
