Thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family in Lefkada. It is considered to be of excellent quality. Thyme honey has a pleasant taste and due to its high fructose concentration, it may bring a slightly burning sensation in the mouth. Thyme honey’s production amounts to approximately 10% of the total honey production in Greece. 480g
